This limited edition lot has undergone a naturally processed method, which is very uncommon in Kenya. Cherries are laid out on a single layer on raised beds and turned frequently to ensure even drying and fermentation; key for an expressive and clean natural coffee. This process has added extra balance to what you would expect from a typical Kenyan coffee, and added an extra layer of syrupy sweetness which compliments the high acidity.
